Abstract and student support request acceptance has been notified to individuals and Collaborations. The selection of the Contributed talks and Posters has been quite challenging due to the very large number of high-quality proposals received compared to the available slots. A special effort has been done to increase the available poster session area at the conference venue to allow the largest number of contributions to be accepted at SQM2019.
Thanks to the incoming sponsorship funding, a large number of students and young researchers have received support, mostly with a reduction of the conference fee to 190 €, which increases to 250 € for late registrations (after 1 April 2019). For a limited number of requests full waiving of the fee has been granted.
